NetworkTuna user guide

NetworkTuna helps you detect and investigate suspicious network activity around your Windows PC, with optional router monitoring. This guide explains how to install NetworkTuna, what it detects and how you review its findings, and how to use its tools to review the apps on your PC, follow their connections and decide which apps can use the network.

• Overview: the first page of NetworkTuna. It shows whether anything needs your attention, the live traffic, the router checks and how this computer is protected.
• Suspicious activity detection: port scans, attempts to reach services on your PC, router monitoring and changes on your local network, and the Security Events page where you review them.
• App firewall: how NetworkTuna decides which apps can connect, and how it asks you about apps it does not know yet.
• Apps: every app that uses the network on this PC, with its firewall setting and details.
• Realtime: which apps are connected right now and how much data they use.
• Statistics: the traffic history that NetworkTuna keeps on this PC.
• Purchase and registration: the trial, buying a license and entering your registration code.
